The Parking Ambassador provides direct customer service, enforces UAMS parking regulations by issuing warnings and/or citations, and operates the Remote Parking Management System (RPMS) to assist customers remotely.
The position requires monitoring cameras, assisting with parking transactions, and dispatching field personnel when remote assistance is unsuccessful.
