Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 12+ years HR Leadership experience
  • Minimum 8+ years HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience supporting multiple executive level clients
  • Experience directly managing HR Generalists
  • Experience supporting geographically diverse, matrixed client group
  • Experience with OFCCP audits, EEOC complaints, AAP reporting
