Job Summary
The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures, ensure reference materials are current, and make written and oral reports/recommendations to the Director as necessary.
Key functions include ensuring adequate staffing, developing work assignments, delegating authority, monitoring performance, and providing direct nursing care as necessary.
