Job Summary
As a Front-Line Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining customer services as per company standard, generating money transfer transactions, cash register operations and loss prevention in adherence to store standards, company policies and front desk procedures.
You will be responsible for welcoming customers, providing them with guidance & help in processing their transactions, ensuring that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules and you will professionally deal with customers inquiries in a timely manner.
