Job Summary

  • As an Assistant Operations Manager at The Oncenter and Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing all Operations functions, including maintenance, event set up and tear down, public safety, and custodial services.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate departmental staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Assists the Director in the preparation of the Annual Operating Budget and recommends a capital budget for 1-year and 5-year long-range repairs and improvements to the facility.
