Job Summary
Assists in the preparation of patient meals ensuring compliance to therapeutic diet orders, patient safety modifications, and proper patient identification.
Assembles, serves, delivers, and retrieves patient meals, and records patient meal information as assigned.
Participates as a member of the Nutrition Service team working in the dish room, performing cleaning procedures, and organizing and putting away department inventory and supply.
