Base: $184,800 - $294,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package described as accessible and inclusive

Must-have
10+ years Product Management experience
5+ years U.S. Federal market experience
Subject Matter Authority in Federal HR
Knowledge of OPM Regulations and Title V
Experience with federal HCM systems

Experience with intelligence community practices

Executive presentation skills
Cross-functional collaboration expertise
