Job Summary

  • Collaborate with Sales budget owners and Secretaries to review and evaluate monthly Sales activity plans, and work with the Sales Budget Management team to monitor and maintain budget balance.
  • Implement and enforce procurement processes, assess and select suppliers, and coordinate bidding processes, vendor registration, and contract reviews with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Verify documentation for cash advances and reimbursements, ensure expenditures comply with regulations, and proactively report compliance risks or suspicious practices.
