Job Summary
Collaborate with Sales budget owners and Secretaries to review and evaluate monthly Sales activity plans, and work with the Sales Budget Management team to monitor and maintain budget balance.
Implement and enforce procurement processes, assess and select suppliers, and coordinate bidding processes, vendor registration, and contract reviews with Legal and Finance teams.
Verify documentation for cash advances and reimbursements, ensure expenditures comply with regulations, and proactively report compliance risks or suspicious practices.
