  • The successful candidate will restructure and chair the Airplane Level Safety Technical Review Board while leading complex Continued Operational Safety Program projects across multiple disciplines.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 14+ years aerospace industry experience
  • 5+ years Boeing commercial aircraft experience
  • 5+ years engineering line or program management
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
  • U.S. Person status required by export control

Nice-to-have

  • PMP certification or formal project management education
  • Experience with Service Bulletin releases
  • Systems engineering practices including FMECA
  • Strong presentation skills for executive boards
  • Mentoring junior Project Engineers

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent
  • 14+ years of experience in Mechanical, Structural, Payloads, Mission Systems, or Software Design/Analysis
  • 5+ years as an engineering line manager or engineering program/project manager
  • Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, National, LPR, Refugee, or Asylee)
  • Willingness to travel 10% domestically and internationally
