Agentic AIops platform development
Context Engineering expertise
MCP server implementation experience
LLM automation and reasoning
Python and ML framework proficiency
Observability data integration (logs, metrics, traces)
Streaming systems with Kafka or Kinesis
Nice-to-have
Experience with Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
Knowledge of Agentic Harness frameworks
Strong collaboration across SRE teams
Background in capacity forecasting
Familiarity with cloud-native Kubernetes environments
Experience with ChatOps workflows
Ability to drive adoption of new tools
Key Requirements
5+ years experience in SRE, platform engineering, or AIOps
Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
Proven track record of building at least one MCP server
Deep understanding of observability platforms like Datadog or Splunk
Experience designing RAG pipelines and intent classification models
