Job Summary
Guest Services Staff will act as the primary provider of direct services to guests when they are in a venue, responsible for providing a safe environment for all guests.
Primary responsibilities include answering guest questions, directing guests, operating coat check rooms, scanning tickets, administering wristbands, greeting guests, resolving complaints, monitoring conduct, seating guests, enforcing policies, and acting as part of the emergency evacuation team.
Show Operations Staff will be responsible for both custodial and guest services support, ensuring cleanliness of pre-show and post-show common areas and public areas throughout the event, while also delivering optimal customer service.

Key Requirements
