Job Summary

• The Case Manager is responsible for managing claims on behalf of our superannuation fund clients, including the distribution of death benefits and management of disablement claims such as Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Terminal Illness.
• Prepare and implement effective claims management and member communication strategies regularly within timeframe to achieve optimum member outcomes.
