  • Actively develop and maintain customer relationships in the responsible area to enhance the company's market position.
  • Manage maintenance contracts, follow up on warranty expiration renewals and extensions to ensure zero loss, and optimize existing maintenance business with reasonable pricing strategies to increase profits.
  • Monitor sales data, analyze and adjust sales strategies to ensure completion of unit and sales targets, and manage accounts receivable, assisting or executing collections and forecasting accounts receivable situations.
