Job Summary
Actively develop and maintain customer relationships in the responsible area to enhance the company's market position.
Manage maintenance contracts, follow up on warranty expiration renewals and extensions to ensure zero loss, and optimize existing maintenance business with reasonable pricing strategies to increase profits.
Monitor sales data, analyze and adjust sales strategies to ensure completion of unit and sales targets, and manage accounts receivable, assisting or executing collections and forecasting accounts receivable situations.
