Job Summary

Serve as the primary liaison to senior leadership and the Board Compensation & Benefits Committee, preparing analyses and presentations related to executive pay, benchmarking, incentives, compliance, and governance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, or related field
Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
10 years progressive experience in large, complex companies
5 years management level experience
Experience with executive and incentive compensation plan design
Experience preparing Board-level materials
Experience using HR ERP technology (Workday, Oracle, SAP/SuccessFactors)
Experience using compensation administration software (CompAnalyst, PayFactors, MarketPay)
