  • Serve as the primary liaison to senior leadership and the Board Compensation & Benefits Committee, preparing analyses and presentations related to executive pay, benchmarking, incentives, compliance, and governance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, or related field
  • Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • 10 years progressive experience in large, complex companies
  • 5 years management level experience
  • Experience with executive and incentive compensation plan design
  • Experience preparing Board-level materials
  • Experience using HR ERP technology (Workday, Oracle, SAP/SuccessFactors)
  • Experience using compensation administration software (CompAnalyst, PayFactors, MarketPay)
