The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of resident health information while ensuring a calm, warm environment and promptly addressing accidents or incidents.
