As Productiemanager, you will be ultimately responsible for the production activities within fill & finish, including visual inspection, label & pack, managing a team of approximately 15 FTE in a 2-shift system.
You will ensure processes meet cGMP, safety, and quality standards, lead LEAN initiatives, and drive continuous improvement to optimize KPIs like OEE and Right First Time.

Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
