We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to support our talent acquisition services. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations and fair hiring practices. You’ll work closely with us to understand clients’ hiring needs and help identify suitable candidates through various platforms. You’ll manage the recruitment process end-to-end — from sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to offer management. No client pitching is required. However, if you have the ability to bring in new clients, you’ll receive additional incentives. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements shared by clients and identify suitable candidates Source, screen, and engage candidates across different platforms Coordinate interviews and support offer negotiations Maintain regular communication with both candidates and internal team Requirements: Valid CEI Certificate (Compulsory) Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently
