Provide on-site inductions ensuring all employees and contractors are site compliant and competent to perform the required tasks/roles.
Conduct and facilitate training of underground operators and associated personnel, assessing for competence, identifying shortfalls in skillsets, ensuring training is realistic and practical, accurately recording and displaying competency data.
