Employees must participate in facility surveys, maintain accurate charting, and assist in developing and implementing the facility's quality assurance program.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification required

Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
