Job Summary

  • Assist leadership with development of organizational strategies and objectives, and lead and manage initiatives to achieve objectives across Claims.
  • Oversee the development and reporting of operational results, forecasts and trends, demonstrating the traits of a Lean Leader.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Professional certification (Rummler-Brache and CEBS preferred)
