Job Summary

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and related IT systems focused on commercial process enablement.
  • Act as an IT business partner for Commercial, Sales, Customer Service and Supply-related teams, performing business analysis and designing future-state commercial processes.
  • Translate business needs into requirements documents, coordinate solution design, testing, and support change management activities across the APAC region.
