Disney Streaming is seeking a Manager of Employee Relations to enhance the employee experience through engagement, conflict resolution, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations or legal practice, alongside excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Summary

  • This role will support Disney’s Corporate Segment by providing employees, leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders with ER expertise and services.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting investigations, providing performance management guidance, strategic partnership, handling restrictions and accommodations, and offering employee care at critical moments.
  • The position requires a minimum of 4 years in Employee Relations or 2 years in legal practice, with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
