Drive operational excellence by establishing consistency, efficiency and best practices in vendor relations and service performance within NBCU West Coast Studio Operations business.
Manage third party vendors for janitorial, waste, pest control, elevators, window washing and any others that may be required.
This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary
Base: $75,000 - $115,000; Bonus/Equity: bonus eligible; Benefits: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks

Key Requirements
Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent
2+ years of experience in facilities management
2+ years of experience in vendor management
2+ years of general accounting experience
2+ years of experience analyzing and creating financial models
2+ years of experience in data analytics and verification
2+ years of experience and knowledge of enterprise business systems and IWMS
