  • The Senior Director, Global Services – ASEAN & India is a key member of the APAC Global Services leadership team, responsible for driving services growth, delivery excellence, and customer success across the region.
  • This leader oversees a combined organization of Services Sales (Services Executives) and Engagement Management, with end-to-end accountability across services go-to-market (GTM), bookings, portfolio delivery, and customer outcomes.
  • The role requires close partnership with Sales, Customer Experience teams, Product, and Partner ecosystem teams to accelerate new business, expand existing accounts, and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across all engagements.

  • Strong domain expertise in Enterprise Applications (HCM, Financials, ERP, Planning, Payroll)
