Job Summary
This role supports CAE's vision to be the global training partner by ensuring training devices remain qualified and ready for every session.
The technician will independently complete Preventive Maintenance Tasks and Daily Readiness checks on flight simulators and cabin crew training devices.
Candidates must possess at least two years of experience working with flight simulators and a technical diploma in electronics or an aviation-related field.

Preventive Maintenance Tasks (PMTs) execution
Daily Readiness (DR) system checks
First-line troubleshooting using schematics
Maintenance Management System proficiency
Knowledge of EASA and UAE DGCA regulations
Nice-to-have
Customer-focused relationship building
Minor software changes capability
Strong English spoken and written skills
Experience with commercial jetliners
Logistics and inventory management skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Key Requirements
Technical College Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Aviation
At least 2 years' experience with flight simulators
Excellent English communication skills
Working knowledge of aircraft types and FSTD terminology
Understanding of local/international aviation regulations (EASA, UAE DGCA)
