Base: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off

Welding and fabrication industry experience
Blueprint and drawing interpretation skills
Cost estimation for materials and labor
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Strong mathematical and analytical abilities

Detail-oriented multi-tasking capabilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CAD software
Certification in welding or fabrication
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Fabrication Shop Estimator
Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications
Knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes
