  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of Associate BMH Therapists through the Advancing the Delivery of Evidence-Based Psychotherapy for Youth (ADEPT) initiative.
  • The role will involve recruiting and managing Associate BMH Therapists, developing appropriate teaching and competencies for them, assigning and coaching clinical supervisors, and leading group supervision.
