Job Summary
Provide leadership and supervision to a team of Associate BMH Therapists through the Advancing the Delivery of Evidence-Based Psychotherapy for Youth (ADEPT) initiative.
The role will involve recruiting and managing Associate BMH Therapists, developing appropriate teaching and competencies for them, assigning and coaching clinical supervisors, and leading group supervision.
