Job Summary
The Rehabilitation Services Coordinator shall be responsible to administer assigned treatments, initial evaluations and/or progress notes, and discharge summaries for inpatient and outpatient clients.
This individual will ensure all treatments are performed as ordered or communicate and document as to why treatment was not performed.
Additionally, this individual will coordinate services and staffing for all licensed personnel and rehab aides.
