The Quality Management Coordinator helps plan, develop, implement, monitor and improve the Quality Plan of their assigned Physician Service Line to improve the quality of care at UAMS.
Coordinate and oversee the preparation of agendas, reporting calendars, meeting documents, reports and presentations for committees.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Healthcare Professional Field or related field
Five (5) years of experience in Healthcare Quality Management or Performance Improvement
Master's Degree in Public Health or related field (preferred)
Three (3) years of experience in Healthcare Quality Management or Performance Improvement (preferred)
