Job Summary
The Junior Plant Controller – GBS will be an integral part of our Supply Chain Finance team in Mexico City, working within our Global Capability Center.
This role is designed to support the Plant Controllers in managing financial reporting, planning, and accounting activities, including budgeting, month-end close processes, and driving cost productivity at our manufacturing plants in North America.
The Junior Plant Controller will assist in translating operational performance into actionable financial insights, supporting cost reduction initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting Management
Good knowledge of manufacturing operations and product costing
Solid practical ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Demonstrated Project and Change Management abilities
