Job Summary
Works closely with the engineering team to ensure new equipment is properly specified and installed correctly, verifying placement by referencing drawings and using PM/CM procedures.
Uses SCADA, ALC, and other applications as well as building rounds to monitor systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and taking corrective action when necessary.
Increases proficiency in equipment, systems, and safety through training, identifies training needs, conducts internal job skills training, and mentors team members.
