Job Summary

• The Ops Sup Intermed Analyst is responsible for providing operations support services, including record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and opening of accounts.
• This role serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients, aiming to provide day-to-day operations support.
• The position requires performing financial, statistical, and operational studies, interpreting data, applying project management to operational projects, and resolving complex issues.
