Salary

Base: $137,530 - $166,654 (Princeton); Base: $151,280 - $183,319 (Seattle); Bonus/Equity: Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities available

Must-have

  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Ability to interpret technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments
  • Familiarity with GxP standards and data privacy
  • Knowledge of emerging Cloud and AI technologies
  • Vendor management experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
