Job Summary
Lead the transition of new or modified products from R & D to full-scale production, ensuring process feasibility.
Design, execute, and optimise manufacturing processes through experimentation, troubleshooting, and technology upgrades to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, enhance product quality, and deliver yield and cost improvements.
Provide technical support to Process safety management (PSM), Management of Change-Technology, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and develop/update SOPs and batch records.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of Experience
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering / technology
Experience in chemical/coatings industry, R&D lab, or manufacturing
Experience with process automation and control systems
Basic knowledge of automation and control systems, such as SCADA and PLC
Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques including Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (DMAIC), DOE, SPC, root cause analysis, and statistical data analysis
Ability to read, interpret, and review P&IDs for process understanding, troubleshooting, safety, and operational support
Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
