Candidates will build and lead a comprehensive patient support program including hub services, benefits investigation, prior authorization support, and adherence programs to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Salary
Base: $280,000-$305,000; Bonus/Equity: Performance bonus and equity grant opportunities; Benefits: Health, welfare, retirement, three weeks PTO, two one-week shutdowns
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years trade relations experience
Specialty pharmaceutical supply chain expertise
Wholesaler and specialty pharmacy network management
Patient support program and hub operations leadership
Formulary reimbursement and benefits investigation strategy
Nice-to-have
Immunology or Atopic Dermatology market experience
Advanced business degree or MBA preferred
Strong negotiation skills with trade stakeholders
Experience building high-performance teams

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years industry experience in Trade Relations or Patient Services
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is a plus
Proven track record in specialty pharmaceutical supply chain and patient services
Experience building and managing specialty pharmacy distribution networks
Ability to travel up to 20% including mandatory all-hands meetings
