Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering
  • Experience/training in Project Management preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership with excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate; FEA, 2D/3D CAD
  • Demonstrated experience with product development
  • Use of statistical tools
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems
  • Project Management – planning, scheduling, budgeting, executing
  • Coordination of internal and external resources
  • Accountable for managing a program and owning the results
  • Enjoy fast-paced design cycles that average 2 years
  • Possible international travel
