Job Summary

  • Responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously optimizing the onboarding experience for new hires within the commercial organization.
  • Collaborates closely with Sales Managers, Product Managers, Channel Partner Managers and subject matter experts to create and manage an onboarding program.
  • Collects feedback and performance data to evaluate onboarding effectiveness and implements improvements to accelerate time-to-productivity.

Base: $133,120.00 - $249,600.00/yr USD or $118,480.00 - $194,381.00/yr CAD; Bonus/Equity: eligibility for bonus, stock; Benefits: eligibility for benefits

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or learning & development
  • Familiarity with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
  • Proven experience developing and delivering training programs for sales professionals
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience facilitating live and virtual training sessions
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
