Salary
Base: $86,800 - $165,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience
Experience managing teams in fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Lean Strategies and continuous improvement
Ability to meet Cost, Quality, Delivery, and EH&S metrics
Nice-to-have
Leadership experience in Aftermarket MRO industry
Familiarity with FAA regulations FAR 145/121/65
Six-Sigma training or Lean manufacturing background
Proficiency with Solumina, SAP, and MS Office
Key Requirements
U.S. citizenship required for system access
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years relevant experience OR Advanced degree plus 3 years
FAA Safety Sensitive Position designation
Experience coaching Operations Technicians and Mechanics
