Pfizer is seeking a motivated Postdoctoral Fellow in Quantitative Systems Pharmacology to develop and analyze mechanistic models for incretin therapies. Job Summary

  • Develop and analyze an end-to-end QSP model to understand therapeutic benefits of incretin therapies beyond weight loss and generate testable hypotheses.
  • Identify and integrate relevant data sources for model development, calibration, and validation, including published literature and internal/external data.
  • Apply modeling and simulation approaches to predict clinical outcomes, identify novel indications, and provide novel mechanistic insight into incretin therapies.
