Job Summary
This position will assist to manage, plan, monitor and assure delivery of high-quality patient and family care for a caseload of wound care patients within an outpatient and inpatient setting.
Collaborate with the patient’s multidisciplinary team members to assure safe, cost effective and timely and efficient care; evaluate the appropriateness of care and facilitate necessary changes to the defined plan.
Provides continuing education and professional development opportunities for health care providers and participates in the education of students, serving as a preceptor for graduate students.
