Job Summary
The role requires implementing and supervising effective safety controls and preventive measures throughout the workplace in compliance with Section 30 of the OSHA Act.
Candidates must conduct regular monthly inspections, lead risk assessments, and facilitate bi-monthly safety committee meetings to ensure organizational compliance.
As a Team Lead, the incumbent will oversee the Health & Safety Management System, develop KPIs, and coordinate with senior management to align safety strategies with business goals.

Key Requirements
Degree in Health and Safety or equivalent under Mauritian OSHA

Registered Safety & Health Specialist status per Section 30 OSHA Act
