Job Summary
Manage the daily operations of the Eindhoven lab, including independently leading application development projects and conducting product demonstrations.
Perform product installations, training, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with the Application Science team to develop scientific content and represent Picarro at conferences, trade shows, and customer visits across the EMEA region.

Key Requirements
Degree in Geoscience, Earth Sciences, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s or PhD welcome)
Several years of experience with laser optical instruments, isotope ratio mass spectrometry, or trace gas analysers
Strong communication and presentation skills in English
