Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
  • 15+ years technology leadership in Tier-1 financial institutions
  • Experience managing large teams and significant budgets
  • Proven track record with mission-critical Systems of Record
  • Knowledge of OSFI E-13, CIRO rulebook, AML/ATF regulations
  • Strong budget management and P&L accountability
  • CISA, CISM, or CISSP designations (preferred)
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification (preferred)
