Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management
Experience managing a team of managers
Experience with Lean methodologies
Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
Ability to stand/walk 5 miles daily
Ability to work in noisy, unlit, unheated, or un-air-conditioned environments
