Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing on-site support to Waters customers that includes, but is not limited to: installation and service of diagnostic instrumentation, after-hours phone support, holiday and weekend on-site support, marketing, exhibitions, and clinical trials support.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of a regional team of collaborative Engineers, reporting directly to the area Technical Manager.
This is a full-time position, with evening work required as job duties demand. This job entails traveling to and from a customer site each day.
