Job Summary
The Distribution Lead oversees a group of employees within the department while performing many of the same work duties as that group to ensure schedule and quality standards are met.
This role requires maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following OSHA rules, 5S principles, and reporting all incidents immediately to leadership.
