Job Summary

  • Support and coordinate SAP platform operations, ensuring reliable and high-quality IT services by working with internal teams and partners to maintain, improve, and modernize SAP landscapes.
  • Act as a primary technical and architectural point of contact for SAP platforms, ensuring agreed service quality levels are met and supporting continuous service improvement.
  • Support and coordinate cloud-based SAP landscapes and migration initiatives, including SAP RISE and Microsoft Azure environments, and manage escalation, risk mitigation, release, and change activities.
