Coordinate infection control surveillance program and organize in-service education programs for staff to assure competency.
Plan, conduct and document all required Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty Drills, and supervise staff including disciplinary measures.
Provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining employee/resident/patient confidentiality at all times.

Key Requirements
