The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and perform only procedures they have been trained to do.
The role requires observing and reporting pressure areas, skin breakdowns, and any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
