• The Program Specialist provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
• This includes the coordination, development, and implementation of individual assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for individuals and the support team.

• Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ experience
• Master’s degree or higher and one (1) year experience
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
• Intermediate computer skills
